You can include a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) to the end of the link for a List Survey in order to track the responses left from particular people. UUIDs are an extended feature for PRO, PRIME, and CORP memberships.

UUIDs are primarily used when an email address is the unique identifier. Users will attach an email to the UUID link, and then send it to the according email addresses to collect the data.

The UUID can be anything you wish, as long as that specific link goes to the right person.

For example, if I wanted to see which of my users used Facebook or Twitter, I would create two UUID links - one for Twitter, and one for Facebook. I would then send out one link to users from Twitter, and one link to users from Facebook.

When the individual clicks the link with the appended UUID, we will capture the information so that you will see it in the Statistics page. The UUID information will be available in the Excel/CSV data exports from your Statistics page.

We have created a helpful template tool to assist you in creating your UUID link. Please reach out to us through email or chat for this spreadsheet.
