This article will explain how to read the statistics page in score mode for the following question types:
- Matrix (Sliders)
- Progressive Matrix
- Star Rating
- Reorder (Rank)
To use the following interpretation make sure the question is set to score mode.
Each answer choice is assigned a point. If you have 5 answer options first place =5 points, second place = 4 points, etc. The score is calculated based on these points and how the respondents ordered the answer choices.
The top chart will give you the overall score with each answer choice rated against each other. While each subsequent chart is each individual answer response and how the respondents placed that answer.
