If you are ever unable to save your survey don't panic! Try this troubleshooting trick below.

  1. Do not close your browser window. In most cases the issue is a temporary loss of connection. 
  2. Click on the chain link icon and download a Word document version of your survey. This way if you are unable to save you don't lose your entire survey. 
  3. Wait 15-30 minutes and try to save again. 

If the steps above don't work, keep your browser open and reach out to support@aytm.com or click the chat bubble at the bottom right to start a conversation. 

We may be able to retrieve a copy of the survey for you. Please note it might not have the most recent changes which is why we recommend downloading a Word document version.
