With Survey Editor 3.0 surveys should save automatically. If you are ever unable to save your survey don't panic! Try this troubleshooting trick below.

  1. Do not close your browser window. In most cases the issue is a temporary loss of connection. 
  2. Use the shortcut ctrl + shift + s activate the save button.
  3. Click on the share icon on the left side of the page and download a Word document version of your survey. This way if you are unable to save you don't lose your entire survey. 
  4. Wait 15-30 minutes and try to save again.

We may be able to retrieve a copy of the survey for you. Please note it might not have the most recent changes which is why we recommend downloading a Word document version.
