Fielding Health allows teams to view more detailed information for Surveys in Progress on the Dashboard. In addition to the actual number of completions, the number of ordered completes, and the percent of completes collected, team members will be able to gauge fielding health in real-time through a color-coded progress bar.

Survey Status Stages

In dashboard of your account, you can monitor the status of your survey, as well as the fielding health. These stages provide clarity on survey progress and help teams coordinate tasks, monitor fielding health, and prepare for analysis and reporting.

1. Draft:
   • The survey is in the creation phase.
   • It has not yet been launched to respondents.
   • You can freely edit questions, logic, quotas, and targeting settings.
     
     
2. In Progress
   • The survey is live and actively collecting responses.
   • Fielding health metrics are available to monitor performance.

   • Limited edits may be possible during this stage. For assistance or to request changes, please contact our support team at support@aytm.com.
     
     

3. In Review
   • The survey is being reviewed for data quality purposes and/or to finalize any quotas.
   • Responses may be removed and replaced during this time.
     
     
4. Complete
   • The survey has been finalized.
   • All data has been processed and is ready for reporting or export.
   • No further changes or reviews are expected.
     
     

Color-coded health indicators

Green indicates a healthy Incidence Rate—in other words, the actual incidence rate performance matches the estimated Incidence Rate.   Orange indicates that a survey is at risk, or that the IR is currently coming in below the predicted range, though the study has not reached a re-pricing threshold. Red indicates that a survey has been paused, and you must reach out to our Customer Engagement team for options to continue fielding, either with revisions to your screening criteria, or additional budget. Blue indicates that the survey has not yet received enough responses to generate an accurate fielding status.

Survey Status detail

Click on the gear icon, and select Fielding Health, or click on the progress bar of the survey you wish to investigate. View the note about fielding health, the Predicted IR, the Current Status, the Predicted Median LOI, and the Actual Median LOI. For surveys with at risk or paused statuses, click the Open Term Data button to open the in-progress Report page to the question(s) at which respondents are being terminated. After investigating your Term Report, click the button to Get in touch with us, to open a live chat with our Customer Engagement team and discuss options for moving your survey forward. Note: the Term Data Report is filtered to include respondents with a Screened Out status. Screened Out includes both those who did not qualify for the survey, and also those who enter the survey after a particular quota has been met.

Adding Funds

If your survey is paused and still feasible at the Fielding IR, you will have the ability to add funds and follow the prompts to select a budget and restart your survey with no changes.

1. Click Add Funds. This will take you to the Checkout Page.
2. Select the desired budget from the Primary Payment Method dropdown menu, or add a credit card.
3. Select the checkboxes confirming you have read and agreed to aytm's Terms of Use.
4. Click Pay and Launch Survey.
