Didn't Receive the Activation Email?
You followed all the steps to register, provided all your information and you are ready to start your survey, but that activation email hasn't appeared. What do you do?
- Check your junk/spam folder
- Take a coffee break - sometimes we need a few extra minutes.
- Don't hit the resend link unless it's been over 30 minutes. Sending too many requests may delay the activation email.
Still nothing?
- Click the chat bubble at the bottom. We can resend the link or activate your account manually for you.
