You followed all the steps to register, provided all your information and you are ready to start your survey, but that activation email hasn't appeared. What do you do?
- Check your junk/spam folder
- Take a coffee break - sometimes we need a few extra minutes.
- Don't hit the resend link unless it's been over 30 minutes. Sending too many requests may delay the activation email.
- Click the chat bubble at the bottom. We can resend the link or activate your account manually for you.
- If it's outside our service hours, 9 am - 9 pm ET, sorry we missed you! Send a chat message, or email us at email@example.com. We will respond as soon as we are back online.
