Open a Ticket
When you don't have time for a live chat, open a support ticket through the Help Center that will allow you to get assistance on your own schedule via email.
At the top of the page, you'll see "Open a ticket" which takes you to a new screen where you can fill out a form to submit your help request ticket.
Follow the prompts and be sure to enter the email associated with your aytm account. As you type in the Subject line, you'll see suggestions for articles we think might help solve your problem.
Be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing so that we can provide you with the best possible assistance. Feel free to include any relevant examples or steps that would help us recreate the issue on our end, or even attach a file if you need to.
Note: if your inquiry is about a specific survey be sure to include the Survey ID or title for us to review.
Our support hours are Monday through Friday 9am-9pm Eastern Time. Tickets should receive a response within a few hours during normal business hours.
