Insights Portal Access with no portals created
| If a team has been given access to Insights Portal, but does not yet have a portal created, the dashboard will now include an Insights Portal button in the upper left corner, linking to the Insights Portal page of the aytm website to learn more. An Insights Portal banner will also appear below Completed Surveys, with links to learning materials. |
Insights Portal access with at least one portal created

Once at least one portal has been created, you will see the type of portal, the Portal ID, the Portal Title, the Teams on their account that have access, the last user to edit the portal, the date of last save, and the link to view the portal data. |
Deleting and Sharing portals
| When you click the gear icon, Editors will be able to delete the portal, or share the portal with team members on their aytm account. Click share, and a list of available sub-teams will appear, with a toggle to allow viewing by only Editors, or Everyone (i.e. those with both Editor and Viewer access). Once updates have been made, click the Update sharing button. |
