When you send out a survey to our panel we don't allow the collection of personal identifiable information under any circumstance as it is against our Terms of Use (TOU) policy. To learn more about collecting personal confidential data, please see Collecting Personal Information.

 

Although you will be unable to personally contact respondents after the survey, you can create successive surveys to be sent out, as follow up surveys. We cannot guarantee a 100% follow up rate for each subsequent survey; the follow up rate will depend on various factors including time between surveys and the incidence rate of the original survey.
