Surveys should save automatically, but if you are ever unable to save your survey, try this troubleshooting trick.
- Do not close your browser window. In most cases the issue is a temporary loss of connection.
- Use the keyboard shortcut ctrl + shift + s to activate the save button.
- Click on the share icon on the left side of the page and download a Word document version of your survey. This way if you are unable to save you don't lose your entire survey.
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try to save again.
Note: As stated above, in most cases it's a temporary connection issue; leaving the browser window open ensures that once a connection is reestablished the survey will save automatically.
If the steps above don't work, keep your browser open and reach out to support@aytm.com or click the chat bubble at the bottom right to start a conversation. We may be able to retrieve a copy of the survey for you. Please note it might not have the most recent changes which is why we recommend downloading a Word document version.
