Wondering how to prevent someone from taking your List survey more than once? aytm offers two great options.

Limit Answers from the Same IP Address

1. On the Target Market page, scroll to the bottom to see Options.
2. Check the box next to Limit answers from the same internet connection. This reduces the possibility of one person taking the survey multiple times from the same location.
3. Select how many answers may come from the same IP address: 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

⚠️ Note: This can also limit people in the same place (e.g. an office building or campus) from taking your survey.

Limit Responses Using Browser Cookies

1. On the Target Market page, scroll to the bottom to see Options.
2. Select Limit answers from the same Device (by browser cookies). This limits the number of times your survey can be taken from the same browser.
3. Select whether to limit answers to 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 responses.

⚠️ Note: If several people work from the same device/browser and you want to accept their completes, choose options 2–5 to allow more responses.
