You may be wondering “how do I prevent someone from taking my List survey more than once?” aytm has great options to help! You can do one of two things.

Limit answers from the same IP address

On the Target Market page, scroll to the bottom of the page to see Options. Check the box next to Limit answers from the same internet connection. This option allows you to reduce the possibility of one person taking the survey multiple times from the same location. Keep in mind, this can limit people in the same place from taking your survey (i.e. an office building or campus). Select how many answers may come from the same IP Address, from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

Limit responses using browser cookies

On the Target Market page, scroll to the bottom of the page to see Options. Select Limit options from the same Device (by browser cookies). This option allows you to limit the times your survey can be taken from the same browser. Select whether to limit answers to 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 responses. If you have several people working from the same device/browser, and you want to accept their completes, you can choose options 2-5 and more completes will be excepted.
