Filtering by Answer Choice
- On the Results page, click the Filter tab in the left menu, and scroll to the Questions section.
- Click the drop-down relative to the question for which you would like to filter answer options.
- Click an answer option once to include (indicated by the blue +), twice to exclude (indicated by the red -), and a third time to restore the default.
- Click the Apply filters button at the top of the page. The page will reload with the filter(s) applied to your data, displaying only the results from your selected answer choices.
- Click the Release filters button to revert the data to its default view within that report.
Advanced Mode
To filter only among those who answered a question and did not select specific options:
- Click advanced mode.
- Click into the Custom filters text box.
- Type in criteria that represents having seen and answered the relevant question(s).
- Click the Apply Filters button to reload your data set, filtered to include or exclude the answer choices as indicated.
For example, you can filter to those who chose A1 or A2 in Q6 but did not select A3 or A4 by using the advanced logic criteria (Q6A1 or Q6A2) and not Q6A3 and not Q6A4.
💡 Tip: The criterion Q6 by itself tells the platform to filter down to those who answered Q6.
