On the Results page, charts display as a zoomed-in figure, reducing the amount of whitespace above the tallest bar. Users can zoom in and out on charts to better isolate or contextualize visual data.
Zooming in and Out
- Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of a chart to Zoom out(-), or Zoom in(+). When zoomed out, the y-axis scale will update to either 100% or the total number of completes for that question.

Default Chart View
- Click the View Options tab.
- Check the box next to Zoom out all charts to full scale. The default chart view will become 100%, or the total number of respondents along the y-axis.

Isolating specific sections
- Click and drag to zoom in on a specific area of a chart. If the data for any bars extend beyond the y-axis of the zoomed in version, the corners will be sharp corners, rather than the rounded corners that denote the top end of a bar.
Note: If the data is not in view for any bars, the magnifying glass will appear orange to denote data exists for the question, but is not currently in view.
