Virtual Questions: Everyone Else

The Everyone else feature within a Virtual Question (VQ) allows you to quickly populate a custom chart comparing a specific subset of data against the rest of the population.

Comparing Everyone Else

  1. Add a Virtual Question to your survey results from the Data Lab tab.
  2. Select the parameters to compare from the A1. drop-down menus.
Note: If using Answer options, click a box once to include an answer option (blue plus), twice to exclude (red minus), and three times to restore to default (not included in the criteria).
  3. Click the red X to the left of the A2. fields to remove from view, and check the box next to Everyone Else.
  4. Click Generate chart. The resulting data will compare those who matched your filtered criteria against all other respondents in the survey who did not meet that criteria.
