Managing Payment Methods
- Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
- Select Wallet.
Adding a Credit Card
- From the Wallet page, click Add new payment options.
- Assign a title to the card.
- Select Add Credit Card and follow the prompts to securely enter your card details.
Renaming a Card
A card's title is separate from its number, so you can rename it any time without re-entering card details.
đź’ˇ Tip: Only the card's owner can rename it. A frozen card can't be renamed until you unfreeze it first.
- Click the pencil icon next to the card's title.
- Type the new title.
- Press Enter, or click elsewhere on the page, to save.
Replacing a Card's Number
If a card's number has changed—for example, after a reissue—update it without creating a new payment method or losing its title and sharing settings. Only the card's owner can do this.
- Click the gear icon next to the payment method.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the new card details in the secure form that opens and confirm.
The card's title and sharing settings stay the same—only the number, brand, and expiration update.
Freezing or Unfreezing a Card
Freezing a card blocks it from being used for new charges without removing it from your account—useful if a card is temporarily unavailable or you just want to pause its use. Freezing is available to the card's owner or, for a shared card, a team manager.
- Click the gear icon next to the payment method.
- Click Freeze.
- To reverse it later, click the gear icon again and select Unfreeze.
Removing a Card
Only the card's owner can remove it.
- Click the gear icon next to the payment method.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm the removal. If the card is shared with other team members, the confirmation will say so.
⚠️ Note: A card linked to an active subscription can't be removed. Switch the subscription to a different payment method first, then remove the card.
