Once your survey is launched you will see results appear in real time and can start analyzing the data. Using the filters provides you with an easy way to filter by respondent demographics and answer choices.
Filtering by Demographic Traits
- On the Results page, click the Filter tab in the left menu.
- Click the drop-down relative to the trait, question, or variable you would like to filter, and check the boxes next to the particular items.
- Click the Apply filters button at the top of the page. The page will reload with the filter(s) applied to your data, displaying only the results from your selected demographics.
- Click the Release filters button to revert the data to its default view within that report.
Filtering by Answer Choices
- On the Results page, click the Filter tab in the left menu, and scroll to the Questions section.
- Click the drop-down relative to the question for which you would like to filter answer options.
- Click an answer option once to include (indicated by the blue +), twice to exclude (indicated by the red -), and a third time to restore the default.
- Click the Apply filters button at the top of the page. The page will reload with the filter(s) applied to your data, displaying only the results from your selected demographics.
- Click the Release filters button to revert the data to its default view within that report.
Saving Filtered Results
Click the Filters tab, select the traits, answers, and variables to apply, then click the Apply filters button.
Click the Save as button at the top of the page.
Rename the report now, or later click the settings wheel to edit the name, view report distinctions, or access sharing options.
