Similar to Reports on the survey Reporting (Stats) page, create, filter, save, and export multiple views in one portal.
Filtering
When your Concept Portal is populated with concepts from your surveys, you can use filters to segment data views and compare specific pieces of information.
Note: If your portal includes surveys from multiple countries, traits will merge where they match exactly, and localized trait drop-downs will appear where there are differences (for example, with Household Income).
When you’d like to filter your data:
- Click the icon in the Left Menu to open the Filters menu.
- Click the drop-downs and check the boxes to filter by all available demographic traits and other variables.
- Click the Apply filters button to reload the page with the specified parameters.
- Click the X to the left of the filter you would like to remove, and click Apply filters again to reload the page with the fewer number of filters applied.
Helpful Hint: If you click Clear all filters, the filter for Survey IDs will also reset, bringing into view all available concepts that have been pushed to portals on your account. Reapply the Survey ID filters to narrow the view to the appropriate concepts.

Sharing Portal Views
After you've made changes to the visualization or filters in a Concept Portal, you can also share the portal with colleagues, regardless of whether they have an aytm account. This ensures that stakeholders and collaborators who don't have an aytm account can easily view the portals.
- Click the gear icon in the portal views list or the gear icon by the portal title.
- To send the portal view via email address, enter one or more email addresses separated by commas in By email field. Note: Any invalid emails will remain after you click send. To make these valid, edit and try sending again.
- To send the portal view via link, copy the link under By link.
Helpful hint: Guest viewers are viewers that access a portal via a share link, meaning:
- They can see only the report they are sent.
- The portal will automatically load with the filters tab open.
- Guest users can apply and remove filters but have no capabilities to edit/adjust any features or settings in the report or portal.
- Guest users cannot download any files from the portal.
