Can I edit or delete the insights generated by Explore with Skipper?

Yes — just like a Storytelling Note, click the pencil icon on the right side of the question header to add, edit, delete, or format the text. Don't forget to save your report to keep your findings.

Skipper is enabled, but why don't I see the Explore with Skipper button?

Even if Skipper is enabled for your account, you may not have enough data for it to work yet. Explore with Skipper requires a minimum of 25 responses to begin generating insights.

Does Skipper support verbatim coding?

Yes! Use Verbatim Coding to quickly label and categorize open-ended responses, uncovering common themes and insights across your dataset. Learn more in Overview of Verbatim Coding.

Is Skipper learning from my data?

Skipper doesn't directly learn from the data you enter in surveys or text fields. We do analyze aggregated and anonymized usage patterns — as well as individual client use cases — to understand platform use and identify areas for improvement. Our goal is to make Skipper better for everyone.

Does Explore with Skipper work with all question types?

Not yet. Explore with Skipper is currently compatible with the following question types, as well as Virtual Questions:
