On the Results page, you can view each individual open-ended response through the Open Ended Responses page. From there you can view and categorize responses, reject irrelevant answers, and give kudos to a respondent for a great answer.

Giving kudos to the most thoughtful responses helps motivate respondents to keep leaving thoughtful answers on future surveys.

Giving Kudos

1. On the Open Ended Responses page, click the Give kudos? button in the upper right corner of the appropriate comment.
2. Click Give kudos again to confirm, or click Cancel.

⚠️ Note: The respondent may be notified with a thank you note via email.

Sort by Kudos

1. Click the Sort by dropdown in the search header.
2. Select Sort by kudos. Your comments re-sort to show any comments that were given kudos at the top, followed by all other comments.
