Moving Funds & Sharing Payment Methods

 

In addition to a team dashboard, you also have team and shared budgets with a Max or Enterprise license. This article will cover how to share payment methods and moving funds, see our related article about adding funds to your account.

 

Moving funds

  1. Navigate to Account Budgets to view any budget you have permission to access.
  2. Under Manage your budgets, click the gear icon relative to the budget you would like to move funds from.
  3. Select the Transfer funds option.
  4. Enter the Amount you'd like to move.
  5. Select the destination budget from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Transfer Funds.

Sharing Payment Methods

  1. Navigate to Account Payment Methods.
  2. Under Manage your payment methods, click the gear icon relative to the payment method you would like to share.
  3. Select Manage Access. 
  4. Select Share this card. This will share the payment method with your team, and allow you to link it to specific team budgets.

Under this menu you can also freeze, edit and remove any credit cards on file.
