Adding a Payment Method

1. When you're logged into your aytm account, click on the Dashboard tab at the top of the page.
2. Click the Account tab at the top of the page and select Payment Methods. 

1. From the Payment Methods page, click the Add new payment options button.
2. Select New Credit Card from the drop-down.
3. Assign a title to the card.
4. Select Add Credit Card, and follow the prompts to securely enter your credit card information.

1. From the Payment Methods page, click the Add new payment options button.
2. Select New ACH Account from the drop-down.
3. Assign it either an Individual Account or Company Account. 
4. Click Save ACH Account.

NOTE: ACH Payment requires additional verification by your bank. You will have to complete the steps required by your bank before you will be able to use this method of payment for a survey. Also, any credit card payments must be done through our platform as we do not accept payment over the phone.
