aytm will soon be introducing an updated plan structure. While Lite will remain available for free sign‑ups, other legacy options, such as Plus, Max, and certain per‑seat Enterprise tiers, will transition to a simplified Lite and Enterprise Subscription framework. Existing licenses will continue to function without interruption, and eligible users may still see upgrade paths depending on when their license was purchased. If you purchased a License before January 2026, you may still be eligible to upgrade and unlock additional aytm platform features.

Error Messages

Trying to launch your survey and receive an error that says a different authoring package is required? You might have extended past the character limitations on a question or answer choice for a Lite membership - the error message will let you know! 

Upgrading your license

Sometimes when you create a survey, you may need a little extra wiggle room. You need to upgrade to an authoring account that can handle your needs. 

If you are currently a Lite or Plus user and find that you need more capability than what your license offers, you can reach out to our Support team directly (support@aytm.com), or manage your upgrade from your dashboard. To do this, go to your Accounts tab and select License. From here, you can review your current plan and see available upgrade options. Learn more here.
