Clone a Survey

You can clone a survey at any stage (i.e. in progress, draft, or completed) and it will create an exact copy of that survey in draft form.

  1. From your Dashboard, navigate to the survey you would like to clone, and click on the gear icon on the far right side of the line to bring up the menu.
  2. Select Clone.
  3. Choose a Dashboard (if you are on a Team) and folder to save the draft into, and check the box if you would like to convert the survey type to the opposite type (Panel or List).
  4. Click Clone to populate the survey to your dashboard, or click Clone & Edit to populate the survey and begin editing immediately.

The cloned copy of your survey will now be located in the Drafts section of your dashboard. From there you can edit any part of the survey or targeting before launch.

Note: If you clone a survey that was fielded before October 30, 2023, you must reconfigure the Target Market page to accommodate the updated demographic traits.
