| Our support hours are Monday through Friday 9am-9pm Eastern Time. Chats are answered within a few minutes unless it's outside business hours or holidays. If chat isn't available, you can open a ticket which will have priority the next day. |

The Secret Search Option
| When you open the chat window, there's another thing you can do to get help - click on the left-pointing arrow in the menu bar. From there, you'll see the Help search right in the widget, and you can even browse and read full articles there. It's a great way to keep your access to the Help Center easily available while you work on surveys. To continue to a chat with our Customer Engagement Team, click Live Chat and you'll see the prompts again. |
