Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your team to access the aytm platform securely and seamlessly using your existing identity provider. This guide outlines the steps, requirements, and key information needed to get started.
Our SSO Configuration Details
When you're ready to begin, we'll provide the following information to help configure the connection on your side:
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Client ID | AYTM |
| Consume URL | https://aytm.com/saml/client_name/consume |
| Init URL | https://aytm.com/saml/client_name/init |
| NameID Format | |
| IP Address to Whitelist | 35.238.75.246 |
What We Need From You
To proceed with SSO setup, please provide the following:
- SSO Configuration Details — Metadata or connection parameters from your identity provider.
- SSO Protocol — Let us know which protocol you're using (e.g. SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID).
- Test User Email — The email address of a test user we can use to verify the connection. This must be an existing aytm account, or we'll need to create one.
💡 Tip: If you're unsure where to find your metadata or connection parameters, your IT or identity provider admin should be able to assist. Common platforms like Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace provide these in their SSO configuration settings.
Our Internal Process
Once we receive your information:
- Once a developer begins work, expect a turnaround time of 4–5 days.
- We'll be in touch via email for testing and confirmation.
⚠️ Note: SSO enablement may incur an additional cost. Reach out to your Sales Representative for pricing and next steps.
