When you enter your Tracker Portal, you’ll see a line graph representing the performance of attributes and entities across waves, with a breakdown of the wave data in the columns below.

Optimize Chart Views
When you enter your Tracker Portal, you’ll see a line graph representing the performance of attributes and entities across waves. Above the graph, there are several drop-downs to manipulate the view of your tracker.
- Click chart type to change the view from a line chart to a column chart, area chart, or stacked area chart.
- Click the Scale drop-down to toggle the scale between 0-100, which displays the full percentage scale, and Min-Max, which removes any whitespace above and below the section of data. When you hide and re-add lines with min-max selected, the chart will automatically adjust to the new min and max of whatever lines are in view.
- The Show drop-down will help you quickly reset to include all waves when you’ve removed some from view.
- Click the Intervals drop-down to select As fielded, which is the default timeline reflecting your trackers’ fielding dates; or Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, or Weekly intervals, which group waves by calendar the selected timeframe, according to completion date; and All intervals, which pulls all data into a single column.

Understanding Wave Data
Below the line graph, each wave will have its own column, which includes:
- The Wave name/number
- The dates that wave covers
- The letter assignment for significance testing
- A pin for benchmarking
- An X in the upper left corner to remove the wave from view.
Helpful hint: To add a wave back into the view, scroll to the right, click Add a wave, and select the appropriate wave name and number from the list. This is also where you can add external, or offline data.
If you would like to compare non-sequential waves side-by-side, you must manually remove any waves that occur in between the waves of interest. When you choose to benchmark a wave, the portal will update so that all significance testing will be performed against that benchmark.

Understanding Performance Data
In the columns below the Wave information, you’ll find performance data for entities and attributes. Statistical significance is indicated by the colored cells, and any upper or lowercase letters in those cells.
- Hover over the letters in the cells to see the wave to which the abbreviation refers. Click on the letter to jump to that wave, which will be highlighted briefly.
- By default, Confidence levels are set to 95% and 90%, as shown along the bottom of the Portal. Un-check the box to hide significance testing; use the drop-downs to change the confidence levels; and use the color-picker to select different colors to shade for significance.
