Virtual Questions
Virtual Questions (VQs) let you step beyond the survey structure as it was fielded. Use them to aggregate responses given on the same or different questions of a survey, create custom demographic splits (such as region, age range, or household income), combine top 2 box, and more. For a Net Top Box Score, use the dedicated Xpert Question.
Correlation Finder
With Correlation Finder, you can run significance testing (t/z-test) and chi-square (χ²) crosstabs, with visualization, right on the survey Results page. Correlation Finder Questions (CQs) aren't included in raw survey data exports.
Correlation Finder is separate from the Crosstab Analyses / Banner Tables tab.
Xpert Questions
Xpert Questions (XQs) automate specific analysis operations that previously had to be completed manually—for example, calculating an NPS score. Each XQ is a preset analysis you add to your Results page. Available XQs include:
- Open-Ended Response Assembler
- Multiple-Choice to Single-Choice
- Gap Analysis
- Kano Continuous
- Kano Discrete
- Multidimensional Scaling
- Matrix Collector
- Net Top Box Score
- NPS
- Unpipe OE to Form
- Unpipe Answer into a Single Choice
Xpert Questions are enabled by our team. To turn them on for your account, reach out to our team.
Concept Lab
Concept Lab lets you compare concepts or entities on a variety of attributes using either pairwise comparison significance testing or indexing, directly on your Results page.
Storytelling Notes
Storytelling Notes help you tell the story behind your data with executive summaries, images, and other context, directly on the Results page. A Storytelling Note added from the Data Lab becomes its own slide in PowerPoint (PPTX) exports.
You can also add Storytelling Notes as annotations on individual questions—including regular questions, VQs, CQs, XQs, and Concept Labs.
