Your Profile page is where you manage your personal account details—your name, job title, contact info, and time zone—along with your profile photo, email preferences, and password. This article walks through each part of the page.

Editing Your Basic Information
To update your name, job title, time zone, or contact number:
- From the top navigation, click ACCOUNT and select Profile—or click Profile in the left sidebar.
- Edit any of the fields on the Edit your profile page: First name, Last name, Job title, Time zone, and Contact phone.
- Click Submit to save your changes, or Reset to discard them.
⚠️ Note: Your Email address is shown on this page but can't be edited directly. To change it, contact support@aytm.com.
Your Profile Photo
Your profile photo appears at the top of the page and as your avatar in the header. Click it to upload a new photo, adjust how it's framed, or remove it. For file requirements and step-by-step instructions, see How to Manage Your Profile Photo.
Organization Name
Your organization's name lives on the Profile page, in the Organization name field. Only account admins can edit it—everyone else sees it as read-only.
Your organization's postal address is managed separately on the Address page.
💡 Tip: If you're not an account admin, the Organization name field is read-only and shows the tooltip "Managed by your account admin". Ask your account admin to update it—they can edit it from their own Profile page.
Email Preferences
Under Communication, the Receive exclusive offers and news checkbox controls whether aytm sends you marketing email—product news, offers, and feature updates. Turn it on or off at any time; your choice saves automatically, with no need to click Submit.
⚠️ Note: This setting affects marketing email only. You'll still receive transactional, security, and GDPR-related messages regardless of how it's set.

The Security & Privacy section has two links:
