Your Transactions page is a running record of the charges and credits on your aytm account—survey launches, prefunds, transfers between budgets, and more. You can filter the list, control the time zone dates appear in, and export everything to a CSV.

What the Transactions Page Shows
To open the page, click ACCOUNT in the top navigation and select Transactions, or click Transactions in the left sidebar. The page lists transactions most recent first.
How many you see depends on your role:
| Your situation | Transactions you'll see |
|---|---|
| Account admin on a multi-team account | Every transaction on the account. |
| Any other member of a multi-team account | Transactions for the teams where you're an admin or a researcher. |
| Team admin on a single-team account | Every transaction on the account. |
| Researcher on a single-team account | Transactions tied to budgets you can use, and to surveys you created or edited. |
| Personal account (just you) | Transactions tied to your budgets and to surveys you created or edited. |
The Transactions table has six columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | The date and time of the transaction. |
| Type | What kind of transaction it was (for example, Prefund via CC or Moving funds in). |
| Source | Where the funds came from, such as a card or a budget. |
| Destination | Where the funds went, such as a budget. |
| Amount | The value of the transaction. |
| Receipt | A link to the receipt for that transaction. |
Use the Per page selector and the page arrows in the top-right (or bottom-right) to move through the list.
Filtering Your Transactions
Use the controls above the list to narrow it down to what you're looking for.
- Search transactions—find transactions by keyword.
- Transaction type—pick one or more types from a grouped checklist. Use Select all to toggle everything at once.
- Time frame—choose a start and end date from the calendar, or pick a preset range, then click Apply.
To clear your filters and return to the full list, click Clear filters.
Setting the Time Zone
Just under the page title, aytm shows which time zone your dates are displayed in—for example, "All dates are shown in PDT, Pacific Time (US & Canada) time zone". Click Change to pick a different zone, then Close. Your choice controls how every date on the page is shown.
Exporting to CSV
At the bottom of the list you'll find two options: Print, and Export CSV to download your transactions for a spreadsheet or your finance team.
- Set any filters you want first—the export includes only the transactions that match your current filters.
- Click Export CSV.
Your file downloads as a CSV with 23 columns, including Receipt ID, Type, Credit, Sales Tax, date and time, the responsible and creator users, survey details, source and destination budgets, and Invoice # / PO #.
