Is your survey live but you need additional completes? Here's how to request more.

1. Click Chat with us at the top of the page and share your six-digit survey ID along with how many additional respondents you'd like added.
2. An aytm team member will review your survey and let you know if you need to pre-fund your account for the additional completes.
3. If needed, add funds to your account.
4. Once your account is funded, our team will add the respondents. You'll be notified to refresh your dashboard to see the updated total.
