aytm's Xpert Solutions are the latest agile insights technology, bringing automation to survey programming and reporting. Xpert Solutions allow you to break out of the limitations of "black box" survey templates while benefiting from the simplicity of a guided interface.

Our Xpert Solutions offer pre-built tests fully programmed with logic and optimal question types. While utilizing best practices in study design established by research experts, Xpert Solutions templates still have the freedom to be customized to your needs.

Build, Customize, Launch

1. Log into your aytm account and navigate to the Solutions Center.
2. Use the filters or keyword search to find the Xpert Solution of your choice.
3. Click Read More to learn about the solution, or Get Started to begin building.
4. Follow the step-by-step guidance on the Setup Page to quickly build your Xpert Solution.
5. Click Target Market at the bottom of the page to further define your target audience; click Review & Edit Survey to customize prequalification questions, add questions before or after the locked set, or change soft text; and click Checkout to launch the survey as-is.

⚠️ Note: If your team has a custom Xpert Solution, you may also access it through your Dashboard.

Configuring Your Solution

In the Survey Editor, you can edit and add questions to any pre-built solution, but keep in mind there are limitations in place to preserve the logic needed to generate your Xpert Report. From the Survey Editor you can:

• Add prequalification questions.
• Add survey questions — insert questions before or after the locked set (questions cannot be inserted into the middle of the locked set).
• Edit soft text — make small edits to question text (logic programmed within the locked questions may not be altered).

⚠️ Note: If you click Back to Setup, any edits to soft text within the locked question set will not be preserved if changes are made. Breaking the lock will revert your survey to a normal survey and will not yield an Xpert Report on the Results page.

Xpert Report

On the Results page, the default report is the Xpert Report, which includes narrative Objective, Methodology, Key Findings, and other advanced reporting tools appropriate to each Xpert Solution. Export an Excel summary and PowerPoint of the Xpert Report, and access raw data files and any additional questions by switching to the Original - as fielded report.
