You can run a follow-up study that recontacts respondents from a previous survey. Because recontacting depends on those respondents' willingness and availability, our Panel Operations team reviews each request to assess feasibility. Here's how to start one.

Requesting a Recontact Study
To request a recontact study, reach out to your Sales lead or Account Manager. They'll submit your requirements to our Panel Operations team for feasibility review. Make sure to provide the following information:
| Information Needed | Why We Need It |
|---|---|
| Original Survey ID(s) | So we can identify the respondent pool to recontact. |
| Which respondents to recontact | All respondents, or a specific subset (for example, those who answered a certain way to a screening question). |
| Quotas | Demographic targets for your follow-up sample. |
| Length of Interview (LOI) | How many questions you expect to ask in the follow-up study. |
| Will all invited respondents qualify? | Whether screening criteria or other qualifications apply to who can participate. |
| Timing and deadline | When you need the study launched and completed. |
Recontact Feasibility
⚠️ Note: Recontacting is never guaranteed. Participation depends entirely on respondents' willingness to participate again and their current availability. Feasibility also depends on how much time has passed since the original survey and your demographic targeting.
After you provide the information above, Panel Operations will assess whether the recontact is feasible, estimate costs, and get back to your Sales team with a recommendation and timeline.
