On the Results page you will be able to view each individual open ended response through the Open Ended Responses page. On this page, you can view and categorize responses, reject irrelevant answers, and give a kudos to a respondent for great answers!

By giving kudos to the most thoughtful responses, you help motivate respondents to continue leaving thoughtful answers on future surveys.

 

Giving Kudos

  1. On the Open Ended responses page, click the Give kudos? button in the upper right corner of the appropriate comment.
  2. Click Give kudos again to confirm, or click Cancel. The respondent may be notified with a thank you note via email.

Sort by Kudos

  1. Click the Sort by drop-down in the search header.
  2. Select Sort by kudos. Your comments will re-sort to show any comments that were given kudos at the top, followed by all other comments.
